Introduction
HomeCord is now deprecated, and will be fully shut down sometime in May 2025. It's developer apologises for this decision. This is not something he wanted to do, but a mixture of financial struggles (not being able to pay for HomeCord's hosting anymore) and Discord hiring a new CEO from Activision Blizzard's upper management, means that HomeCord's developer no longer has the passion for making Discord Apps/Bots that he once did. This documentation will be fully deleted once HomeCord has shut down. HomeCord's source code will remain open-sourced, but archived, over on GitHub here.
Welcome to the documentation for the HomeCord Discord App!
HomeCord is a Server App for highlighting recent & notable activity in your Discord Servers and Communities - such as funny Messages, popular Forum Posts, and more. It can even be used as an ephemeral "Starboard" if you so wish! All this is done via HomeCord's "Home" Channels, which Servers can setup by using HomeCord's /setup Command.
Each part of a Home Channel is toggleable & customisable, and your Server Moderators or Admins can even manually feature items to your Server's Home Channel too.
You can find each of this documentation's pages in the navigation menu (either as a left-sidebar on Desktop Web, or in the top-corner on Mobile Web).
